  I only gave 1 star because zero starts is not an option. I am an attorney and member of a community based social club for mentoring youth. We collectively decided to open our commercial account at Citizen's Trust to support a minority business. My experience was horrible. I visited the bank on 3 separate occasions and was told that I needed different information each time. On my last visit, despite having all of the necessary paperwork that I was told was needed, Arnita Minor the branch manager refused to open the account. I had a sizable deposit and was offered no customer service recovery despite me telling her this was my 3rd attempt, and that I was going to Wells Fargo when I left because they were not helpful. I immediately left and went to Wells Fargo, and opened the commercial account with no issue and was treated with respect.I am very disappointed that Citizens Trust made it so hard for me to DEPOSIT my funds and open our commercial account. Wells Fargo went online and verified all information that was needed from the Sec. of State website and provided me a copy of the document. I am sure that CTB could have done the exact same thing if they valued new customers.
